 A multi floral honey from one of most ecologically clean places on the planet. Pure mountain air and vast untouched meadows, provide a perfect environment where medicinal plants can thrive. The Altai Mountains are called the Earth's "green pharmacy" or the Earth's "lungs", and are globally famous as a honey producing area. Due to its high nutrient density, Altai honey is extremely sought after and highly prized; something which is reflective in the price.

 The Altai Republic community unites beekeepers from a number of villages, who make Altai honey and safeguard the local bees. Each producer has between 40 and 150 hives, and the honey is collected three times during the summer. The honeys characteristics come from the regions unique climate and its ancient beekeeping traditions.

Produced by central Russian bees from wild Altai plants including: Rhaponticum carthamoides, Acacia, Rhaponticum carthamoides, Rhodiola rosea, Hawthorn, Pentaphylloides fruticosa, Bird cherry, Honeysuckle, Ziziphora, Meadowsweet, Phacelia, Oregano.

Each jar contains ~200 g of honey. 

    Add 1/2-1 tsp to black coffee, green tea or hot water. Try supercharging the honey by adding a little Shilajit. Alternatively, you can eat straight off the spoon, add to smoothies, porridge, yoghurt or fruit.
