Raw, unpasteurised Honey collected in the Altai and imported direct to the U.K.

A white clover honey from one of most ecologically clean places on the planet. Pure mountain air and vast untouched meadows, provide a perfect environment where medicinal plants can thrive. The Altai Mountains are called the Earth's "green pharmacy" or the Earth's "lungs", and are globally famous as a honey producing area. Due to its high nutrient density,  Altai honey is extremely sought after and highly prized; something which is reflective in the price.

The Altai Republic community unites beekeepers from a number of villages, who make Altai honey and safeguard the local bees. Each producer has between 40 and 150 hives, and the honey is collected three times during the summer. The honey’s characteristics come from the region’s unique climate and its ancient beekeeping traditions.

Honey is a prophylactic medicine (only in small amounts), sweetener, and nutrient resource. Numerous studies conducted across the world indicate that raw, unprocessed honey is nature’s richest source of live healing enzymes and that it increases gut flora, reduces inflammation and has a positive impact mental alertness/clarity.
