Ingredients

Raw Altai Buckwheat honey
Wild harvested Altai chaga (Inonotus obliquus) extract (5%)

Directions

Enjoy 1 teaspoon daily, straight from the spoon, stirred into warm drinks, or drizzled over food.

This dark, earthy raw honey blend is ideal with warm cacao, chaga, herbal tea, coffee alternatives, warm milk, porridge, rye toast, pancakes, yoghurt, roasted apple, and dark sourdough.

For the best experience, avoid boiling temperatures. Let your brew cool slightly before adding, allowing the buckwheat honey’s deep, malty richness and the chaga’s earthy character to come through properly.

Natural crystallisation may occur. This is completely normal and does not affect quality. To soften, place the jar in warm water and stir gently.

Safety Information
Not suitable for infants under 12 months. If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, under medical supervision, or buying for a young child, seek professional advice before use.

What is Altai Buckwheat Honey with Chaga?

A raw honey blend combining buckwheat-derived honey with finely milled Chaga mushroom from the Altai region.

How is this different from regular honey?

It uses buckwheat nectar, which produces a darker, more robust honey, and includes Chaga, adding further natural complexity.

How does buckwheat honey compare to lighter honeys like clover?
