The only other ingredient we add to our 10% Raw Oil is MCT oil (from Coconut Oil). One Life Foods® 10% Raw Oil can be used by anyone, but may be more suited to individuals looking for extra CBD benefits.
Please note: One Life Foods® oils are relatively unrefined, and therefore more viscous than others. For this reason, you may need to shake the bottle lightly before use.

Place 5 drops under your tongue and wait for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. Repeat up to 3 times a day. If this is your first time using CBD, you should start with just 4 drops once a day, and build from there.
